Taco Bell

We stopped in here the manager working was not very nice. We ordered on the kiosk Because they couldn't be bothered to have someone on the register. They forget 2 of the items from our meals and seemed annoyed when we corrected their mistake. We ordered for dine in and sat down and they gave us our food in a to go bag. Good thing we didn't leave because they messed it up anyways. Seems every time we go here there's some sort of issue.

Spoiled tortilla chips...all the stuff I asked for to be deleted like tomatoes was still on the chalupas . The tortilla chips were either spoiled or soaked in bad oil. I called the manager amanda and told her first about the chips and she said someone reported that earlier in the day. Then why continue to serve it? I came back to the store after my chalupas were wrong that I ordered on the site and asked for a refund. I came back to the store, just to have three employees just stare at me without asking if Iran be helped. I eventually got a manager(amanda) and she challenged me to my order. Poor manager that needs to be fires and employees disciplined for not helping a customer.

I normally don’t go to these lengths for fast food, but Amanda was so rude and confrontational I feel I have to be heard in another way. I ordered a door dash delivery. My receipt is below. I ordered a Crunchwrap with no lettuce, and extra beef. I also ordered a quesadilla with special requests. The crunch wrap arrived with no beef and lettuce, the opposite of what I ordered. I called, either expecting a remake or credit or refund for the amount of the Crunchwrap. I wasn’t trying to bust anyone or give attitude, I just wanted what I paid for. First, Amanda cut me off and told me it was Door Dashes fault and to take it up with them. I said it was delivered correctly, but the Crunchwrap is not as ordered. She interrupted me again to say that she herself made the quesadilla so she knows the order is right. I tried to say, well, I hadn’t looked at that yet but that doesn’t matter because even if that’s made correctly half the order is wrong. She then snapped “Yes it is. OPEN IT.” (I had opened it, to take a bite). She then said I wasn’t charged for extra beef. Now, even if that were true, I didn’t get any beef and there’s lettuce on there. It was was just super poor customer service. Essentially over some beef and a tortilla wrap, which I think Taco Bell can spare to right a wrong order.
