Subway

Never opened or understaffed. Most Subway's are franchises and I'd put money so is this one. One star because clearly the owner is a cheapskate who doesn't deserve to own a business. The workers I am sure are fine. I guarantee they aren't paid enough or trained enough to care and it's 100% the owners fault.

Terrible food. Lettuce was no good. Meatballs were burnt and so was the sauce. I don't know why they aren't trained to tell when food has gone bad. Looked like the meatballs have been there since yesterday. My dog wouldn't even eat this food. Running out of food places in owosso...... this is beyond acceptable. Just close this location permanently.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE After a failed delivery from Doordash (which ended up back at their store) I was told to call this location directly and speak with the manager Tia. She proceeded to tell me that I could not reorder my food because they were OUT OF BREAD, and that I could not get my money back either because only her boss could do that and, "He doesn't come in often and I don't know when he will be in to do that for you" She apparently thinks they can just take people's money and food and that's okay? Not on my watch. They are all probably sitting back and eating my order as I type this! Wanted to give ZERO STARS but Google makes you put at least one 🙄

This is the worst subway I've ever been to. It's the only subway I've been to that doesn't do the sub of the day. The cheese was old and discolored. The chicken looked like it had mold on it. The pickles were old and dry. The tomatoes were mushy. They didn't have half of the sauses that subway is supposed to have. This is a pathetic excuse for a restaurant and should be closed down. I'm surprised I didn't get food poisoning. NEVER EAT HERE. I've been to subways all across the country and nothing was even close to as bad as this dump.

I really applaud the owners for hiring people with hearing disabilities. Danielle made a sandwich for me today, and when I said 12" chiclen teryaki, she heard 12" of meat on 6" of the bread. When I said toasted, she heard put it in the oven for literally 5 seconds. When I asked for "just a little wee bit of onion" she heard throw a heaping handful onto the sandwich. Every job has it challenges, and everyone has off days... but its a sandwich. It doesn't take much to just put a little bit of effort, or a bit of pride into your work. It's just shameful to care so little about something to simple.
