Wendy's

There is a major issue with this location EVERY time. Lived in Owasso for many years and I have to say- this is the worst service and experience in town. 1.) Stuck at the speaker box for 5+ mins. 2.) Greeted Rudely at box and window. 3.) Pulled forward behind another car (only cars in the drive through). 4.) Been waiting total almost 20 mins. We only ordered 1 (ONE) Biggie bag and the car in front only ordered two meals (small); this is not acceptable. 5.) I would attach a photo of the receipt but I wasn’t handed one. Lol Save your time and drive to Tulsa or choose a different store. Corporate needs to visit this store badly.

I've been in the morning and the evening. Never going back to Owasso location. The morning I ordered and the lady was nice, when I drove up to pay she looked at me as if I caused a problem. She tossed my bag of food at me instead of me being able to crab the bag. I ordered nuggets but somehow they were all over the bottom of the bag instead of in the holders. This evening a guy had a terrible attitude, I payed for my nuggets. He acted as if he just wasn't rude to me seconds ago! He told me there would be a 4 minute wait on my nuggets, that was no problem. He bring my order out and I told him I was sorry about his night. He said it was okay. I check my order and for a 4 minute wait my nuggets weren't even hot ! When I got home that's when I saw that I was missing nuggets as well. I'll spend my money elsewhere!

Food was great but service in drive-thru was extremely slow for fast food. Not sure if they were short staffed or just a busy time of evening to grab dinner. I saw several people pull out of the drive thru line because it wasn't moving. Hopefully this Wendy's can get more help to speed up the service. It's in a great location, but there are several competitors nearby that could end up getting more business.

We ended up driving by the drive thru - no lights then proceeded I aide from there it took a few minutes to get food assuming it was fresh (the fries were ) the hamburger not so much- and I understand its short staffed but before you hand food to anyone CAN YOU PLEASE COOK IT FRESH IT DOSENT TAKE THAT LONG- MADE 3 BASKETS OF FRIES (LIKE I SAID THEY WERE HOT) BUT...I WISH IT WAS BETTER IN REGARDS TO THE HAMBURGER 🍔- EVERYTHING ELSE WAS WONDERFUL!!! grabbed a bite off some chicken nuggets 😋 oh yes- Hot& fresh!

Went through the drive through today. I got the classic Chicken sandwich. With the Combo, fries and a drink. 13$! Your kidding right! This sandwich is average at best. You can get the same thing across the street at McDonald's. Almost half the price. I could understand if it was that good. It's not. It's a chicken sandwich. It could actually be on a value menu. I won't be back.

We waited at least 8-10 minutes for the car in front of us to be helped, we then waited another 8-10 minutes, maybe longer, to be helped at the speaker as if they were helping only one car at a time. We got to the window and paid. There were at least 3-5 workers in the building. They did not help anyone else the whole time I waited at the window for my food. When I ordered my food, I asked for pepper jack cheese but when I got home I guess they got confused and put yellow American cheese on it. It’s really annoying to pay so much for food and not get it correctly. These people need guidance and actual management.
