I was finally able to go eat here since they closed the lobby for the pandemic. I've had enough take home and delivery to last me a lifetime. Dining was open and I was able to sit down and eat. The food was great and the help was friendly. They did end up closing the inside for dine in or walk ins while I was sitting eating my lunch. They said they were understaffed and not able to allow any dine ins. I was the ONLY one sitting inside eating. I don't know why it would be a big deal. Nevertheless they allowed me to finish eating my meal. Had I arrived later, I would not have chosen to eat there if the dining room was closed. Let customers make a choice, thanks.

Unfortunately...after our third attempt to eat dinner from there...couldn't get anyone to answer at the drive thru the first couple of times...they gave us fish when we ordered chicken dinners and a lobster roll combo dinner. You would have thought they would wonder why we asked for honey mustard and bbq sauce with it! Not to mention the cashier acted kind of irritated when we asked for our drink that came with the lobster roll combo. My son wouldn't eat and my husband got frustrated ...its unfortunate. For a almost 30$ meal...it was disappointing.

I Called in an oder to pick up on my break, when I got there the door were locked due to co-vid restrictions, so I waited my turn in line. When I got to the menu to order I told them I had a call in, they instructed me to pull up, eventually I got to the window where I payed and then was instructed to pull up and some one would bring it out. After 30 min I called and asked if there was a problem and that I had been waiting longer than the 10 cars that came behind me, with no explanation they said it would be right out 15 more minutes later I was brought my order, an hour in total and oh yeah it was cold....I lost a bonus at my job and got wrote up for being late. Thanks captain Ds I'll never be back. my story was pulled off Google review and changed to blank some time the past year. The food is usually acceptable but never Fast if you are in a hurry Don't bother calling it in its to complicated for the staff.
