Panda Express

I love panda but there are always so many issues with this branch. I still come back but the issues don’t get better. I understand things are tough right now, but for many months now the drive thru has had issues and isn’t getting fixed, they’re always out of food, been out of soy sauce for months, and the food tastes different. An employee admitted they aren’t in a hurry to fix the drive thru because it makes them too busy keeping up with the orders and would rather people come into the restaurant. The rice and noodles are mushy and burnt most times now and the beef tastes half cooked. I hate giving a bad review but we need something to change.

Drive thru has been broken for months, always out of food and what they do have is either extremely overcooked or very undercooked, and they never answer the phone. It's like they want this store to shutdown completely or they just absolutely hate their jobs.. I get times are hard but if staffing is an issue and so is getting food from their suppliers they might as well close the doors for good.

There is always something wrong with this Panda. The drive through is down, or they don't have a staple item. This most recent attempt the network was down so they were taking cash only which is understandable. However, they did not have a sign or weren't telling customers until they were at the counter to order. There is something always down or wrong at this location. If you would still like Chinese food in Owasso, I suggest Seasons Express or literally anywhere else.

1st off, the business sign was at least 1/2 mile from the actual store, had to resort to google to track it down. 2nd i ordered the honey walnut shrimp. Received general tso's chicken instead. Since i was on my way to work i was ok with it so i ate the. 6 tiny pieces of overcooked chicken. The best part was the fried roce, not bad until i fpund a long hair in in. So dossappointed.
