This is the Best Subway in Ottawa. The bread is Always so soft and baked perfect!! The people that work here are so polite and the place is clean. Something about this cute subway is just cozy. Thanks Guys for the Perfect Sandwich 🥪

Shout out to the subway at 911 Richmond Rd. I went in yesterday and they overcharged me on the order (like an extra sub worth about $10). I filled in their feedback form and within an hour the owner contacted me, apologized and emailed me a $10 credit (turning a bad experience into a good one). Lots of small business owners could take a lesson here!
