We went in the drive thru at 2:09 pm today for 2 strawberry & creme pies. We were in a rush as we had a time crunch due to needing to head to work. Ordering was easy, receiving the pies was easy. However by the time we went down the road and went to go and take a bite we noticed… This are apple pies. Not strawberry and creme. We cannot correct this mistake because we do not have the time. Drive thru is supposed to be quick for a reason! Its fast food! Imagine if someone has an apple allergy, like come on… I’m mainly baffled that we got it incorrect when it’s literally only 2 pies.. We didn’t ask for anything else. Check before you hand your customers food, please.

My buddy and I ordered at the kiosk. When he got his food the curly haired Karen at the register said he couldn’t have the extra sauces he ordered, even tho he ordered them and paid for them…. She said, “ you only need one sauce for a 6 pc. Nugget. He said, “ I want to put the others on my sandwiches and she said, “no they’re for nuggets only”…… what in the actual …. I feel dumber after eating here…. Never again..

I just tried to enter the dining room to get food (currently 7:04pm on a Thursday), their sign says the dining room is open until 10pm. Both doors were locked. I got someone’s attention and he said their dining room is closed! Sign out up at 7:06. Lobby closed due to lack of staff! Also had one of the drive thru lanes closed.
