Mcdonald's

They pick a choose when you can use your mobile coupons. You can order the same exact thing one day and your coupon will be accepted and then the next day they will be like " it only works for hamburgers". They forget to put things like straws, and even if you ask is the BBQ sauce is the bag and ask if they are sure.... it won't be in the bag.

Horrible experience. Will never go back. I pulled up and ordered my food like normal by the time I got to the window it was several minutes later and they asked me to pull into a parking spot and I told them no and the black Girl behind the counter said that my actions were racially motivated. The white manager asked her to step aside after her comment and I was not happy with the way I was treated and being called a racist so I refused tto move demandedmy monto move. I then demanded my money back and will never shop at that location again. The black girl that called herself the manager needs to be fired immediately for racially motivated speech and hate crimes

I've been to this McDonald's more than a few times. Standard quality McDonald's; Some can complain about the service and mixup of orders, but I personally forgive an honest mistake here or there made by service workers. I would like to say that it was closed last time I went there at 3 AM after putting in a mobile order (I wasn't charged) but they said they were closed for 30 minutes for what I assume is maintenance or breaks which I can completely understand at that hour. I only wish the hours reflected this.

I always go through the mobile pickup line and I’ve been over 50 times this past year and not one time have they got my order right. It’s always the same order too, two double cheeseburgers with ketchup and extra pickle only, a large coke and a large hi c. Not one time we’re they able to get everything on my order right when the receipt would match up to what I ordered everytime. I get it, places get busy, especially McDonald’s. Things are gonna get skipped up on every once in a while because that’s the hustle and bustle of a kitchen. Although, it does get pretty ridiculous when they can’t get your order right one time. It’s called fast food, many people come through fast food places because they are on a time crunch due to very scheduled days. Sometimes the only chance at lunch people get during the day is 30 minutes to go to McDonald’s during their break. Making 2 burgers and filling 2 cups up with soda should not take upwards of 20 minutes each time. I understand their is also a management problem with scheduling. With a full line in the drive through, and full spaces for mobile pickup the other night, I realized I was waiting 20 minutes for a frappe and mcchicken. I called the store because I didn’t want them to bring my frappe out melted and the worker was very apologetic with me and told me that they are going as fast as they can but they only had 3 workers that night. I check the time and it’s 9:15. I have no idea what manager thinks it’s a good idea to leave 3 people working at night when it’s the only fast food place open late in Ottawa. Terrible management, terrible service, if I wanted to wait that long for fast food, I’d go find a chick fil a.
