Sam's Pizza

One piece of this pie could be enough for lunch. My stuffed pizza with a top crust and sauce on top was allot like a huge round Calzone. I was in the Chicago area and had to have some Chicago style pizza. I asked a local where I could find good local pizza and got a quick and certain answer. SAM'S PIZZA! I would go back, and take friends to help eat one of these. Everyone was friendly and the pizza was prepared ASAP and brought to my table promptly. If heaven smells like Pizza 🍕 Sam's is Devine.

Scrumptious pizzas and excellent, personalized service from Sam's Pizza in Ottawa! We had numerous pizzas delivered for our family reunion and couldn't have been more pleased with the quality and taste of the pizzas and the awesome customer service. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!

I get a different response every I try to order from this place. They seem to give people the run around which is ashame because I enjoy pizza most of the time but they have really bad Customer service. Plus they are Not consistent in the way they make their Pizza, sometimes it not fresh out of the oven especially it comes to you by delivery. Now they tell me that they are noy delivering to 7:30 which I never had a problem with before 7:30.

Sam's is arguably the best pizza in northern Illinois, which makes it arguably the best pizza in the world. Thin (but not too thin), crispy crust, savory sauce (I'm not a fan of sweet sauce, which I know some prefer, hence my 'arguably' qualifier), perfect balance of toppings and just the hint of brown on the cheese. Square cut tavern style, like god and Harry Carey decreed. I literally fly across the country from Texas for this pizza (and to visit family still in Illinois, I guess, but it's really about the pizza). There's just nothing else like it anywhere.
