Extreme choking hazard, good thing a child didn’t receive this!!! Manager was unaccommodating, thought it was unreasonable to ask for a full refund; after she admitted she made this burrito- (that I am disgusted that it just so happened to be in the last bite of the burrito), but also my taco was incorrect and made with beef although I clearly stated I am a vegetarian; and then the manager said to me “oh I thought you might bring that up- well the taco was rang in, incorrectly.” - my response was “well on my receipt 🧾 it clearly says potato- not beef.” So when a person tries to insult my intelligence that I can’t read my own receipt, AND admits to being the one who made the food item with an extreme choking hazard of inedible hard plastic- to only offer a meal replacement of the value box I ordered (the next day, mind you) - I refused…mainly because, WHY WOULD I want to eat at this establishment again, with the gross negligence taking place? No thank you. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

The two employees working were super nice and helpful and made my order accurately. I forgot to order something so I was waiting patiently at the counter and the MANAGER asked me if I needed something. I told her I forgot to order something. She told me to go use the kiosk to order. If I’d wanted to use that I would have. That is how much the manager appreciates customers.

Wait at the drive-thru was pretty long. I had to wait a bit and after ordering I knew why, staffing.
Associate taking orders was same taking orders outside. Not sure if she was also making the food. Knowing how hard associate was working and understaffed, i am not leaving a bad review. Not her fault pandemic is going on.

The GM of this store, Myesha needs better customer service etiquette and learn how to train their "managers".
Had a complaint about missing half my food, as well as how it was made incorrectly.
We drove 8 miles back to get it situated only to be a huge miscommunication on their behalf.
To make it short, the whole situation was handled unprofessionally and I will certainly not return at Taco Bell.

I had a great experience at taco bell. They were very nice and very friendly towards me. Asked how was my day was going. Overall it was a very nice visit. The order was right and it was a good day.

We waited in line for almost 45 minutes in the drive thru before the car behind us got tired of waiting and went to the window which left us to wait for another twenty minutes before we just left and went to the Taco Bell in Montgomery. It’s a little bit further, but it’s always faster and better quality.

I was making a rather large order at the drive thru and the screen said thanks, pull forward before I was even finshed, the lady took my order "manually" said don't worry about the screen. when I was done, she says, 60 bucks, pull forward.... So I pay at the window and as I'm getting my card back she tells me to pull around and they will bring the order, no receipt, get the order, still no receipt, I suspect fraud, and I've logged a complaint with corporate. Hopefully they can clean up these issues. Taco Bell is one of the few fast foods my family can have due to allergies.
