Panera Bread

I ordered on the app at 12:02 I received a message that said it would be done at 12:22. At 12:22 I received a message that said it would be a little late. At 12:36 I asked Brianna the general manager what happened to my order she said it just showed up on her screen. She said it would be another 15 minutes. 1 hour to wait for a sandwich and tea is ridiculous and her inattention to my situation was very rude.

We had an excellent experience at this Panera! They went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed and even gave me some extra bread when I realized I hadn't made the right choice when placing my order. Ariel (the manager I think?) was super friendly and helpful - want to give her extra props. Thank you for feeding my kids and making our road trip much more tolerable ;) The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the store itself felt a little less "pristine" than other Paneras I've been to. Some trash on the floor and just wasn't sparkling. But other than that everything was amazing.

By far, the WORST customer service and management I have encountered.....consistently. Everyone has their own experiences, and I get that, but before this post I have given this establishment numerous visits to right previous wrongs or "redeem themselves", bc I do enjoy some of their food. That being said, 7 or 8 out of the last 10 times I have come here, they have either been out of an item, out of numerous items, forgotten to put something in my order, OR....it literally takes 20 min to go through the drive-through....even if they have your items or not!! Anyway, as I said, to each their own, but it has been too many continuous simple errors for me not to say something. Good luck to future visitors.

I didn't want to give this place 1 star. I am a delivery driver, my waits are ridiculously long. 45min to an hour everytime. The employees along with the manager was absolutely rude. The language they speak loud enough where the customers can hear is unacceptable! If I didn't have to go there for pick ups I wouldn't go at all. Foods great! But I will not go because of how rude the staff is. Should be ashamed of yourselves!

Great service from the front end, but the order was not prepared correctly. Received bacon on a sandwich I had requested no bacon. The order was also missing the baked item I had purchased. My name was not called when the order was ready despite providing a nickname. Terrible experience, wouldn't recommend this location.

I wanna just warn everyone to not order the new Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli bowl. It is definitely not worth $10.79 for what I received. I called to complain because I thought it must’ve not been made correctly. The manager told me that those are all made up in the morning, all they do is throw some cilantro & sesame seeds on it and warm it up. I thought they made their food fresh, but I guess not. The manager was pretty rude saying that nobody else had complained, but those people must’ve had it prepared differently because I don’t think anyone would’ve been satisfied with what I received for over $10. He eventually agreed to send me a coupon in the mail.
