Kfc

Ordered a zinger tower box and burger was very salty and not much else . The chicken leg wasn’t good either. Seems like it had been sitting around for a while , as it was just warm and dried out with the meat shrinking away from the skin. Is it just the Orpington branch ? My first visit there and so bad I felt I had to give a review.I normally go to the west wickham and it’s always been good there.

AVOID AT ALL COST! I would rate this zero stars if I could. This place is being run by the most incompetent, rudest people. They never get a order correct it’s more of a surprise if they do hand you a correct order. The waiting time is a minimum of 30 minutes no matter how small you order it will still take a minimum of 30 minutes. The floors are filthy same with the toilets, it smells of dirty oil and the staff are scruffy and smell also. I’ve also overheard staff talking about drinking alcohol and offering alcohol to other staff on shift. Utterly disgusting behaviour and a place to never step foot in. KFC organisation really need to have a look at this very store something seriously needs to change. And it’s such a shame as it’s the only kfc in the surrounding area of Orpington.

Worst kfc in the world, card machines don’t work, very rude manager who has no customer service skills, the rest of staff look like they are scared of him, no one seems to have a clue in there, no wonder it was so empty, avoid this shop at all costs, when I left I see a giant rat run under my leg I was absolutely petrified. You can’t even communicate with these people, terrible service and very poor English, do not go here! This place needs to be shut down immediately!

I went there today and ordered a mighty bucket for one, the order was given in a bag which was nearly the size of garden waste bag. They never asked me for any sauce or salt or tissue and was not there when i opened the order, i think that should be included in the order for free or if i dont know if i have to pay for those as well. The Manager on duty was extremely rude with his staff at the till and was verbally humiliating his her. I feel so pity for that young IC4 lady being humiliated by her manager in that extent. YOU GUYS ARE NOT CONDITIONED TO RUN BUSINESS!!

This franchise is poorly run. Emphasis on profit rather than service. Ordered food and most of it cold. They like to bag the food so people are unaware so check before you leave. A guy came in to collect and, upon finding his food was stone cold, shouted at the staff. I don't ever agree with aggression, especially toward the employees but, to be fair, the food was cold. I won't order from here again. Catford and Eltham branches are far better.

Customer Services here is zero. The Manager on the evening of Thursday the 14th of April 2022 was very very rude, aggressive and lacks customer service skills. Also lacks respect for customers too.and customer opinions. He clearly cannot manage his team, online delivery and customer face to face orders. No manners, not pleasant but a Phd in aggression. What an embarassment to the KFC brand. I suggest you go on management training again and also go and visit a few other KFC outlets that are first class in customer service. Absolutely appauling. Zero stars.
