I went to Dunkin' Donuts a few weeks ago for my morning breakfast and coffee. Since it was a mobile order, I came in to pick it up and then left. Unfortunately, the coffee lid was not sealed correctly, causing it to spill all over my clothes. Additionally, the donut was placed face down with something on it, making it unsuitable for consumption.
I promptly called and spoke with Luna, the manager in charge, to inform her about the incident. Luna was apologetic and suggested that I come in so she could remake my breakfast at no charge. Due to scheduling constraints, I couldn't make it for a week. However, when I showed up a week later, Luna still remembered me and immediately took care of my order. Her demeanor was incredibly humble and kind, ensuring that I was satisfied with my replacement order.
I want to express my gratitude to Dunkin' Donuts for having such a wonderful staff member like Luna. She went above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of, and she certainly deserves appreciation for her exceptional service.

Today I was served a young man named, Jamien. He was extremely courteous and listened with care to what I ordered. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all that I needed. I was very impressed and grateful so much I had to leave a review.

I've been going to this facility since it opened and they have gone through some rough growing pains that culminated into the facility you see today. It is a medium to small dunker donuts with indoor seats available. I'm I'm not happy with their donuts selection , it used to be good . it appears that they no longer longer carry all different flavors and types of donuts; only the ones that are most popular to that particular facility. I like the chocolate cream filled Donuts which they no longer carry and I am forced to go to another duncans, down the road For them. But this facility is directly on my way home , so I always stop here for a coffee and recommended.

I think this location is kidda crazy at times but I love it!! Yes , April and Tatianna supervisor whatever her name is lol makes me laugh its like being in a live sitcom!! New series yall called its time to make the donuts lol

Usually, coffee/donut shops in the area are swamped, and this ship was no different. But, as busy as they were, I was still able to get my order quickly and accurately. Cudos to the super friendly staff!

Love the avocado toast its so good and it's 2.99 which anyone that eats avocado toast regularly knows that's a good price and I always get a Toasted Almond machiatto yum. Only reason I don't give a full 5 stars is because it was really hot inside so we couldn't just sit and talk like my mom and I planned not sure if the AC was broken but it was way too warm in there.

Been here twice so far and both times was clean, employees were fast and polite and prices were good, like the coffee and donuts. I don't go often but this is a great place. WiFi is working this time and really fast.
