Staff was not friendly at all. Gentleman was annoyed when we informed him we paid for a bacon burger and there was no bacon. We waited for them to replace it with a new batch (which could explain why they left out the bacon- instead of asking us to wait a bit for bacon being prepped). They did provide some in an aluminum tray, but the burger wasn't hot at this time.
Soda machine tray was a mess. Sofa liquid spilled all over. They could be cleaned at some point every hour or so. Tables (booth tables) hadn't been wiped down either. You had to wipe one down yourself if you wanted to sit there.
Food was expensive for what it is. I could eat a hot meal at a different location for this price but it is what it is.

Food good. It will be nice to get extra plates to empty the potatoes. Also that the burgers not to be so moist. Other wise very good 👍

A good Five guys, they didn't go light on the fries and dumped a scoop in the bag as well as the cup and the burgers were as good as they are in orlando!

I go to the one located in Tuskawilla and Redbug road on Casselberry
They can make you a burger wrap if you wish yo avoid gluten. The manager is an expert in making these wraps .. Yummy

Jeanine and the coworkers were extremely nice. 💯 The best hamburgers on the planet. Also, We love the peanuts too.

Came here during lunch rush yesterday. Food came out hot, fresh, and quickly! 🔥
Burger was massively delicious and getting it "all the way" puts all the traditional toppings on like lettuce, tomato, onions, etc. 🍔 Fries were well salted and the regular portion was more than enough for me.
Will definitely be returning to this location when I'm in the area. 👍

Top notch hamburgers here and fresh cut fries, you can't go wrong. The staff is friendly and on the ball. My order was hot off the grill and fries were piping hot. Definitely recommend this location if you like fresh burgers and fries. They also make a great milkshake.
