It’s an open air seating area by the pool. Staff was very friendly and food tasted great. A little on the $ high side but still if you’re down for staying by the pool, worth it.

Beech is a great place to eat and hang out poolside. I stayed here several days and ate here multiple times. Chuck is the best and most attentive bartender. He does the work of 2 employees behind the counter, and unfortunately, they left him by himself. There needs to be a bartender and someone to take orders during busy weekends such as spring break. I highly recommend the tuna tacos, guacamole and chips, and the key lime pie. The Ceasar salad, the mahi sandwhich, and all the drinks were good. I was NOT a fan of the lobster roll because it didn't have a lot of flavor. This was a very busy place all week.

We love Bonnet Creek. Great location and one of the best pool areas on Disney property. Beech serves up decent bar food and the drink selection is pretty satisfactory.

I enjoyed their variety of frozen drinks, especially the Miami Vice! The tuna tacos and chicken quesadillas were both really good.

I had lunch with a friend recently at this poolside bar. It's at a resort so it isn't cheap. I ordered the wings and they let you choose if you prefer drums vs flats which is cool. They were delicious! My friend got a cheese burger and he also liked it. Our server Rick was super attentive. Definitely recommend.

I was starving so I stopped in to grab something on property. I was greeted by a male bartender, told me what the deal was and I ordered the food. While I waited, I finished my beverage, and something I guess happened to my food, because he seemed confused as to why it was taking so long. He made up for it, by apologizing and acquiring me another drink. While waiting, it was hotter than hell at the bar. I was wondering why it was dead, it is because it is already hot with to begin with, and then you add in that area without proper fans. Whoever designed this area was not from the geographic area, stale dead air that keeps the bartender(s) from making money. The grill chicken sandwich was good, and the margarita pizza was absolutely disgusting. The pizza didnt have much flavor and it seemed to be underdone. Stay away from the pizza.

Fantastic food and a great experience but more importantly, I'd like to give a huge shout out to our amazing server, Jazmine! Quick with great recommendations on her favorites per my request (the rare Tuna Tacos were unreal btw) and better her unbelievable smile and kindness! One of a kind gem!

Located in WDW Bonnet Creek Signia Hilton Resort. Mahi on bun.... delicious ...and the servers were respectful and professional.
