The cake I wanted online wasn’t available so I called the the girl was so sweet. She said she could make it for me. My sons Spider-Man cake was so yummy and exactly what we wanted. A+++++. I looked at having the cake made at other places and it was double or triple the price. Definitely always going to Baskin Robbins for cakes:) I suggest u do the same 😉 Great prices and amazing cakes! Loved coming here with the fam the other night! We were warmly greeted by staff Linda & Leigh and were super friendly and accommodating! Baskin Robbins is just a nostalgic trip for me as my dad used to take me here for daddy/daughter time and their ice cream 🍨 does not disappoint- quality has always stayed the same throughout the years!

The blonde kid with freckles working at 8:52 on Tuesday July 11th in the year of 2023 had impeccable taste. Asked for recommendations and he simply asked “well what do you like?” Completely turned my night around. Bark bark. Ended up getting the beach day because, get this, it has ACTUAL turtles in it. That’s a quote from the freckle kid. He deserves a raise for real. 10/10 would come again. He also offered us our “$0 receipt” since we had used our welcome to the app reward. It will be framed on our wall right next to our marriage license.

This is one of the ice cream parlors that we visit the most! It is a small and friendly place, there is space to eat inside or outside now that it is spring, it has many interesting flavors and the best thing is that you can try it if you are a little indecisive 😄 They have child and adult size ice cream, frozen cakes, ice cream to go home and much more! My kids love the cones and themed sundaes! Extra fact, in the orem calendar or in the app you always find good discount coupons! points in favor, if something happens, the staff cares to solve your problem immediately!

I was in on Wednesday the 29th of March to get myself a treat on my break and heard a very disappointing conversation between the girl working and a customer on the phone. Not only was he very demanding but he was raising his voice at her and threatening her job and calling her a brat. I could hear this!! It was so bad that she warned him she was going to hang up if he wasn't going to treat her with respect. She finally stopped putting up with it and hung up as she warned. She turned around and helped me as if nothing happened. I could feel that she was hurt as she helped me with a smile. She was so kind. I don't know how she did it. I hope she had a better day! Keep your head up.

At Baskin Robbins on 210 N. State St. in Orem. I ordered a Cake and it was So Beautifully done. The Lady that took my order (I believe she was the Manager) and made the cake, she was so sweet and professional to me and my children. I even watched her be so nice to a Lady that was just a total “Karen”.
