Probably one of the best sushi places I've had in Utah thus far. One of the ways I rank sushi places is whether or not the sushi tastes "fishy" or even smells fishy. Most of the fish at the place does not, which is great because it means the fish was prepared well. The salmon nigiri and lightly seared salmon tasted amazing and melted in the mouth. The tuna was alright but a little rubbery. The raw scallops unfortunately weren't that great and tasted quite fishy. They offer a sushi buffet option that is definitely worth it. You can try almost any of the sushi on their menu and can order as many items off the menu in three different waves. Loved the atmosphere here though and my server was amazing. I don't remember her name but she is Japanese and is from the island of Hokkaido. Definitely worth asking for her. Overall, it was good food and a good experience. Not the best sushi I've ever had though.

Loved the feel of the place! Amazing sushi. Our go-to used to be Sakura, but they put too much rice in their sushi. This was a little pricier but the ratio of rice was perfect. The Sexy Bomb was the best roll of the night! Great, friendly service. They also have a student discount.

Dinner was delicious. Awesome waiter who knew the menu really well. However the only thing that our waiter failed to mention was which rolls we could get in halves. To taste and test out in small half portions. My husband and I had to eat 2 plates of rolls, when we expected one with half and half. Still got our money's worth. Will go again but remembering which ones were wholes and halves.

A surprisingly fresh and fabulous place for a wide variety of sushi dishes in Utah. The location itself is also huge and can though it looks like they tried to warm up the place, it can feel a bit like a warehouse. But seriously, it’s very very worth it. Check out the all you can eat or lunch bento - can’t miss

Wife and I have gone probably at least a dozen times now. Great for groups with all the variety! With the buffet you get a whole range of appetizers, sushi rolls, meat skewers, and other special items. Some favorites were the Cinderella roll, the Sexy Bomb, the Temptation, the seared nigiri rolls, the beef skewers, spicy edamame, and Korean short ribs. If you're on a budget, consider checking Groupon and their Facebook site for deals! Also, they have a killer lunch menu ($10-12) with bento boxes and sushi combos.

The food is delicious. The all you can eat appetizers are very small so don't be afraid to order all of them. The rolls are big so make sure you pace yourself because they will charge if you waste food. They do have non sushi options a la carte. This is a good date place or for a family dinner.

Every time we go here it is good. I have a hard time with the all you can eat because it is pay-per-roll if you can’t eat it all so just know your capacity before you opt in! I left pretty sick the first time because I tried to stuff them down. Not a good idea haha. But we loved the rolls this last time on a non-all-you-can-eat menu and it was worth the money. The mochi is also pretty good!

Must go place for sushi lovers. Best in UT Co. I was skeptical at first because it's about $5 more expensive than my usual buffet sushi places. Sushi Ya and Sakura It's really better quality fish. And they have more variety of fish and less rolls just stuffed with imitation crab. They actually have some rolls with actual crab filling. I read reviews and thought maybe they had weird or strict rules Nah, they were super reasonable. As long as you're not wasteful and order consciously you'll be fine. We felt we didn't even make a dent in the sushi menu and my spouse and I had over 8 rolls and shared appetizers. Definitely going again. It's worth it if you want great sushi , specially with the Groupon.

I have been here on several occasions during lunch and dinner with varying number of guests, these were my opinions. Pros: - Great selection and quality of items on the menu - Price point is good for quality and service - Low wait time - Clean tables and bathrooms - Servers were attentive and knowledgeable - Good for groups Cons: - Minimal soda options - No descriptions for rolls - Floors were cluttered - Sports interior decor throws off restaurant identity Overall a good experience, I really enjoyed the menu spread, quality of rolls and service, I would definitely come back and I would also recommend others to go.

We came here with a GrubPass (great deal btw) expecting regular sushi, but it was way nicer than a lot of places I've been in Provo. The selection is phenomenal; there's an almost overwhelming amount of options. We got the Sexy Bomb and the Sunset which were both delicious. The plating of everything I saw around us was superb, and the decor is classy and modern. I'd love to come back for a fancy date on a night a band is playing— they seem to be set up for live music. Servers were super friendly and quick.

Ahi Muse was unlike any other Sushi I've ever had, & I've had my fair share of Sushi in this lifetime ! The customer service was exceptional as was the food & I couldn't help but love the whole layout of the restaurant ! It was my first time there today (& I usually don't write reviews but Ahi Muse has earned it) the sushi was an experience all within itself ! For first timers I highly recommend going here & trying the Dragon Fire

I'm not a big fan of raw fish, but I came with my wife who loves sushi :). The restaurant obviously focuses on their All You Can Eat menu. For those like me, the menu does have some non-fish items, such as chicken and beef sushi rolls and skewers. They also have a single-dish menu that you can request. From that I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken. The teriyaki flavor was light so I compensated by adding soy sauce which is available on the table. The salad tasted very good with a tangy yet creamy dressing. I actually found myself wishing for a full-sized salad with the teriyaki chicken on top, ha. My wife enjoyed the sushi and was happy she was able to try some sea urchin nigiri, which is somewhat rare to come by.

Best Sushi in Orem/Provo. Most of the other "all you can eats" leave my wife and I with a an unsatisfied full feeling. However, that was not the case with them. The food was very good and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We were able to sit at the bar and the chefs were super friendly and happy to serve us. Great experience.
