Sonic Drive-in

I used the app to order and used the drive-up area to get food, it took a little more time than normal but I understand short staffing and all so no real issue there. Food was hot and fresh. The one issue was with the paper straw I got with my slush, after a short time it was unusable because it was soggy wet paper. Then I had another issue with trying to order sonic blasts on the app to take home to the family, every time I tried to order one the app said it wasn't available. But it didn't tell you it wasn't available until you tried to actually pay.

Waited until 10am to place a mobile order though their app. Once it became open to order, every item on their app was set to "unavailable". By 10:10am the manager shut off mobile ordering all together and the Oregon, OH location became "temporarily unavailable"...as it was turned off by the manager. We were able to order the same exact items that were supposedly "unavailable" on the app until this location was turned off completely for ordering. We inquired about the offer for the free Red Bull slushy with purchase and they wouldn't honor anything on the app.., no surprise there as the manager has turned everything off. Will not be going to this Sonic again. Zero integrity or morals to do the right thing.

I went there this after noon and first they said they could not do hamburgers or the phillicheese steak because there grills were down so I asked her what they did have and she said only grilled chicken sandwiches or crispy or chicken tenders or the pop corn chicken so I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches I ordered one with out tomatoes and lettuce and they messed that up they put lettuce and tomatoes on it & gave me crispy chicken the man that brought out the food said that they don't have grilled chicken sandwiches he doesn't know why the lady that took my order would ask me if I wanted grilled chicken or crispy because they don't sell grilled chicken and the grills were down so okay fine no big deal but then they got both of my shakes wrong they were not supposed to have whip cream or cherry's on either one of course what do you know they messed them up as well & they litterally were like watered down . So not only did they not even have what I originally wanted so I order what she said they did have and they made my whole order wrong I was also supposed to get tots instead of French fries but they gave me tots for some reason and not to mention it costed almost 24$ and some change but the whole order was wrong and I was not impressed at all my second time going there and they don't have anything I want got the whole order completely wrong even messed the shakes up and were watered down normally I dont complain but my whole order was messed up and they did nothing to fix it i was so upset because of how much it costed me to get things that were made wrong and food that i originally did not even want because they had there grills down and one of the young women told me that it was to hot that's why they had the grills down . & it just made me mad because they did absolutely nothing to fix the order they messed up or give me my money back and I waited over 30 minutes for everything and got a watered down shake that had whip cream and cherry's in it that was made wrong . So its upsetting .

non working ice cream machine third time in a month tried to get a shake from sonic on navarree ave in oregon ohio 3rd time I was told in the last 45 days the icecream machine is broke guess its turning into McDonalds. too let sonic know I see the commercials think man that would be great I get there oh sorry that machine doesn't work so I leave. what a waste of your advertising dollars not that it didn't get the consumers attention the location just can't deliver the product. hate to say this in my book 3 strikes you are out won't be trying again. sad to say and I loved sonic when I worked up in Michigan

If I could have given it a "zero" I would. Pulled in to a car stall, & when ready to place an order, we were greeted with, "our car stalls are closed, but the drive thru is still open". So we pull over to the drive thru. Placing the order went smooth. Our receipt was all correct, but that's where smooth ends. Waited an extra long time for a simple order. Upon receiving our drinks/shakes, one had whipped cream when it was requested without. The straws provided were useless with shakes. The only fresh item we received was what we were waiting on (motz sticks). BBQ popcorn Chicken, chicken sandwich, & tots were all old. There was no fork with the bbq popcorn chicken. We had to request the ranch that was ordered and charged on the receipt. The cinna stix did not include the icing.
