Pizza Hut

The staff is nice, order has been timely. although the parking situation is not great. The only reason I can't get a five stars is because I believe they are understaffed and the current staff members are overworked. My true assessment is that if they were to infuse one or two more workers and make enthusiasm encouraged or at least pretend to be happy. I get it though. My daughter paid for a pizza She was five with one of her certificates She earned and one of the people were so tired and probably so overwhelmed because they were busy I didn't even see a smile. I honestly feel bad for the staff I'm not even complaining about them they're pretty great. I could have said in a pretty short way they need more help. I've even witnessed them get calls from people who ordered to have it brought outside and the store attendee was like if you want to come in and get now you can or if you wait a little bit I'll bring it out to you we're really busy. The staff and the corporation policies should be two totally different things but what do I know I'm just some random on a rant. This was almost a year ago now but I need to share this. My wife ordered curbside and when she went to pick it up the woman who came out berated her for indicating she was there on the app when she hadn't arrived yet. Needless to say, my wife did not do that and this was a program glitch. However, regardless of the source of the issue, this does not justify scolding a polite paying customer. I called to file a complaint and the manager, who was the woman in question, hung up on me after asking me to retrieve our receipt. I then filed a complaint on their website and received a call from the District Manager a week or two later. I remember this part very clearly, her only contribution to the situation was, verbatim, "that's just how she is, don't take it personally". If this is the kind of person Pizza Hut supports, and is any indication of the culture they foster, then they don't deserve anyone's business, let alone ours. Haven't ordered from any Pizza Hut since.

The most complicated delivery service I’ve ever been through. Been on hold for 20 minutes... ordered the food. They called me back from a Texas number (I live in va) for them to tell me my house is a block away from the delivery cut off. The total time from Pizza Hut to my house is 10 minutes... I’ll never order from them again.

Initially we had ordered takeout but decided to dine in once we found out that it was an option. Pizza was tasty and fresh out the oven! Couldn’t get the cashiers name but she was extremely polite! Store was clean! If you’re stuck at the DMVselect like we were, I’d definitely recommend going in and grabbing a fresh pizza from this restaurant!
