I'm usually very satisfied with this restaurant but my recent visit was very disappointing. I don't have a Long John Silver's where I live so it's a definite treat when I do get to go there. All of my food was cold except the fish, which they had to cook after I placed my order. I didn't receive the complimentary "crumbles" with my meal which I always get and enjoy alot. It was dinnertime hours but no one was eating inside and there were only 3 of us in the drive thru. I suspect lack of employment, which is common these days so I'm not too upset. I'm sure I'll return there to get food in the near future. I just hope to get back to the good experiences that I've had with them in the past.

I think the idea of LJS I had in my head from my childhood may have done them a disservice. No frosty mug for root beer, the chicken was dry and I didn't see clam strips on the menu. Even dry the chicken wasn't bad, but the chicken sandwich??? The chicken sandwich was GREAT! traffic in downtown Orange sucks though.

Food is great and was cooked fresh. Nice, friendly staff to explain anything you asked about the menu.And FREE chocolate cake!! I would give a 5 star but no chicken available from Long John's side, so had to get KFC chicken.

Was told the fish was just cooked! Had been under a heat lamp , wasn't very good, why can't they just be honest and say it's been cooked a while!

Food was good. Wish they would fix the horrendous bump at the entry way driving into this place. It was enough to jar my back and make me hit my head on my side window

Food was awful, it was nothing but grease, and instead of sweet tea they gave me no sugar tea and what's bad THEY ASKED ME TWICE!!

Would give it a five star review, if they changed the grease more often and paid attention to proper food preparation. Need a lot more consistency to get the five
