Subway

Figured I’d give this subway a try. Thought I’d make a few points on how service was terrible. You pull up to the drive thru to make an order and the microphone is busted so they have you call in…no big deal. But I waited on the phone for 5 minutes. Guy takes my order and I proceed to wait for 25 minutes for a pretty simple sandwich. No explanation, no apology. I park in the parking lot to eat and the sandwich wasn’t even hot. Worst subway I’ve been to, considering it’s a chain I didn’t think one could differ so much from the other. Will never go back.

Placed an order thru the app, they took the order and the money but when I got to the store 15 minutes later they decided to close early even though their paper sign said updated hours 8 pm and I was there at 7:25. I emailed subway the next day they said sorry it was their fault but didn’t offer to refund my money. I asked how do I get my money back. Still no response. Better off going to the mom and pop sandwich shops that need their customers.

Reading the other reviews, I'm almost glad I wasn't the only one who experienced this. Let me start by saying the location is one of the best subways I've ever been to. Extremely clean and updated, it's only until your ready to order does it start to crumble. They have less than half the necessary ingredients to make signature food items, which they tell you halfway through making it. Once it's time to pay and present a coupon, they act as if it goes through to only tell you, that you were charged incorrectly and there is nothing they can do about it. Very sad experience will not be back.

I have given this location this rating only for the food ordered being correct. There was no sign stating they don’t accept paper coupon. I was left with paying full price or walking out. I should have walked. Upon contact with the franchise owner provided no sympathy I will not patronize this location again nor recommend it.

I didn't really hate the place but I was hungry and also had to use the bathroom. As I walked towards the bathroom door I noticed that there was a pass code lock on it. I asked the lady what the code was and she replied that I had to be a customer. I then replied I was one. ( you don't just walkinto the bathroom with the food you order ) she then replied that I had to buy something first.... I was getting pissed off. I was about to walk out but then decided fine Ill just order my food first. I ordered my food. Then she gave me the code for the men's bathroom (2920). I walked into the bathroom with my food.
