Jamba

I have had mixed experiences at this Jamba location but overall the smoothies are good, the bowls are good and the customer service is fair. There is typically only 1 attendant so wait times can vary. My worst experiences usually pair with them being unable to take my Jamba rewards, waiting a long time, and then being held up even further because the attendant wants a picture of their creation 🙃. My best experiences are quick and delicious, I am in and out and the taste is PERFECT! I have definitely tried to avoid this location in the past but it is a good Jamba spot 👍🏾.

We absolutely love Jamba Juice but have had repeated issues with this location. Their website will say they are open certain times but the store’s hours never seem to align. Today we even called to make sure, spoke with someone who said they are open until 5pm on Sunday, but when we arrived at 4pm the doors were locked and they would not pick up the phone (even though a worker was inside and lights were on).

Great tasting healthy option. Also the bagel restaurant that is in the same space. All you have to do is take a few steps over to it and order while waiting on your Jamba Juice order to be called. You can sit down in the dining area that is for both establishments and enjoy your meal. Very convenient. The bagel sandwiches are amazing.

We walked in and there was no one at the counter, they were sitting in the chairs. That was no big deal. But they sat there for about 5 minutes laughing and taking pictures on their phones, with their cameras facing towards my sister. It made us very uncomfortable. We finally ordered our drinks and sat at a table waiting for them to be ready and the tables were sticky and dirty. When our drinks were done, they had them very far on the counter out of our reach so we had to reach over the counter to grab them. All of our drinks tasted VERY strongly of Banana, as if, the whole drink was Banana. We ordered one Vanilla Blue Sky and it tasted like watered down Banana Juice. The expirence was terrible and the workers are extremely unprofessional .

I have been standing (the only one in line) for 10 minutes. There is one person working. She knows I am here. And is busy making other smoothies. Has not bothered to make eye contact, no customer service smile to say “hi, I’ll be right with you”.... although she did say “thank you for being patient” when she finally did take my order.

I was delighted to find a Jamba Juice store near my house but it ruined my impression of its products. The smoothie was watery. The staff was super unfriendly. There were even bubbles on the lid of the blender 😨. I would rather fly to Los Angels when I miss Jamba Juice. I gave one star because there was no option for zero.

Have been going there for years wont go again though. The last two times I went the kid with dreads was extremely rude. Went again this week and the place was dirty and the same kid was on and was not at all friendly and clearly didnt want to be there. I dont usually complain about places but the smoothie was not drinkable and after giving three additional chances I would rather go across the street to Smoothie King then go here again.
