Very slow service in drive thru, waited 21 mins to receive food. Will not be back. Staff was nice and friendly but other than that, disliked it.

My niece and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, while 4 employee's stood there looking at us, one guy was taking orders in the drive thru, but while we were standing there, no one was in the drive thru, we were passing through heading home to Ms. so I stopped at the one in Auburn, AL and they gave superb service, it looks like this is the service standard at this location, I will never return to this one again...

Waited almost 20 mins in drive thru before our order was even take. And the had to wait another 20 plus mins on some just alright cold fries plate of food. Disappointed

Wanted fish but apparently you cannot order extra tartar sauce anymore and it’s frustrating when you will pay for it but told no so I drove off and won’t be back thanks but no thanks

Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly. Service was slow considering they weren't very busy. Drinks do not come with meals making the prices too high for what you get.
