The lady behind the counter was really nice! BUT… this was supposed to be dirty rice! It had to be the same consistency as oatmeal if not a bit mushier! Never again!

My experience at the Ooltewah Bojangles for lunch has been tremendous. When I come in, Jarvis is typically cleaning and stocking the front of the restaurant. Jarvis greets me politely, heads to the register to take my order, brings the order to my table, asks if I need anything additionally (sauces, etc), and if time permits he picks my tray back up. Can't say enough positive about this location and especially about Jarvis.

Took my daughter and grandson for breakfast and was highly disappointed. Both my daughter and I couldn't eat due to the biscuits being hockey pucks and the fries were cold and stale. This is last time going there

Wait in drive thru extremely long. Went inside they forgot about my paid order. Had to wait a total of 21 minutes to get my food. No apologies, nothing. Poor customer service. Retraining or Training needed!

Absolutely terrible The workers were rude and lazy and I didn’t even get what I asked for definitely never coming to this one ever again.

Dirty, lack of staff and careless with their food! The fries obviously had been sat and then refried. The oil tasted off and they were Burt to a crisp from double frying!
