This location is always packed which I don’t understand why the inside hasn’t been open for MONTHS. Why is it locked? Lazy workers? Is the inside infested? Are people working with COVID19? Not enough employees? Whatever it is fix the issue so we’re not sitting in drive they for an hour. Very annoying. & there’s No sign on the door explaining why the inside isn’t open… FIGURE IT OUT!! & COOK THE WINGS BETTER.

finger lickin disgusting. I order the 12 biscuits and only received 8, they forgot my mountain dew, and the chicken tenders were dry and as thin as a piece of paper and one of them was a half a tender. I wish I could rate this place negative stars. I highly recommend you don't go here.

I wish that I could rate this KFC location with a zero. I went on Sunday and my order was wrong. I paid for one thing and received something else. Because this never happened before I just took the loss. Decided to go back today and ordered the same thing as before. Now I asked for all white pieces. The person even repeated my order back correctly. What I got was all dark 🤮. I know I should have checked before I drove off, but like I said this has never happened to me before at this location. That's the 2nd strike and I'm done.

Understaffed, they do not honor any coupons, what kind of restaurant runs out of Mac and cheese at 7 pm, when everyone is buying their family's dinner. I have no Mac, been waiting 20 minutes for 3 chicken sandwiches. SMH!!!!!!! They gave part of my order to someone else, but made up for it, by substituting for something else. I appreciate the employee that served me, thank you.

I normally don’t go to this location because it’s hardly ever open but I Oderd $15 worth of food on the app & when I got there they told me I would have to wait til Tuesday to get my money back because they didn’t have all the items I ordered. Never ever coming here again. This place should just close down.

Food was horrible. Lemonade was just like water. Gave us no napkins. Asked for utensils and they said oh do you need them. How are we supposed to eat in the car with no utensils. Very dissatisfied!!!

Every time I come here there is some type of problem with my order. They are under staffed and the employees they do have don't care enough to listen to the customers. Come here if you feel like driving all the way back to get your order corrected. Terrible service.

EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED. Always a long line. The inside is always closed. I placed an online order, try to pick up inside but door's locked, it says doors are open for pick up but there is no one in sight. I have to go to the drive thru to pick it up and wait in a long line. Why don't they just close down if they don't have anyone to hire?? It's always a long wait. Horrible. Will not come ever again
