Jack's

This is the worst Jacks ever! Sadly it’s the one in my hometown but I’ve seen 10-15 customers having to stand in the rain because they wouldn’t unlock the doors for breakfast, every other time I go they mess up my order. And the last time they messed it up there was 2 other customers that had came back to complain about a messed up order. Then as I’m leaving I double check and they still had not gotten my order correct. This place by far has the worst management I have ever seen. And I don’t know what happened because this was my favorite jacks until recently. There are many more complaints and I could write a book on it but I just advise everyone to find another local jacks and go there if they want their food to be right.

Just wanted to leave the morning breakfast crew this Sunday morning a wonderful review Trisha answered the phone for me phone for me and it It was about 5 minutes before breakfast ended and my husband wanted biscuits and sausage and she put some aside for me that I came and picked up. The place was extremely busy and all the employees were workin' very hard working but Trisha was slangin chicken puttin' fries In bags , helpin with customers along with all of the other hard workin' employees! great shift this morning!

We won’t be going back to this location. We’ve given this location chance after chance with same issues Everytime. We were in line 30 minutes before it even moved at all. Another few minutes at the speaker before our order was taken. In line over 30 minutes for a fast food restaurant is unacceptable. The bacon is cold and not done on salads and they always give 2 small salad dressings for a large salad which most times the dressing isn’t all the way filled in the small black cups. They always have dressing all on the outside of the cups. Disgusting. It’s not worth the wait everytime. UPDATE: Gave them another try and of course still the same! The line never moves, they Never give a reasonable amount of dressing for a large salad. How is someone gonna eat a salad with one small dressing cup? Go in to get more and they walk around like you’re not standing there. Just awful. Cold chicken and bacon. Corporate really needs to do something about this location. They have no sense of urgency whatsoever. If you have a time on your lunch break DO NOT GO HERE. The people over this jacks are NOT taking all of these complaints seriously because NOTHING has been done.

Update: We have always received good service until this morning. Drive thru was backed up so my wife went in while I sat in the car.Donna served her and took the order correctly, but what she received (which was put in the bag by Donna) was completely wrong. No big deal, just a mistake. What made us angry was her unapologetic rude behavior. She refilled the order and still got my wife's wrong on the second try. All we got were a couple biscuits nothing super complicated. Sorry Jack's I'm mad and had to take away a couple stars. /Great hometown feel with this location. One of central Alabama's hamburger chains. Good food at a good price.
