Microwaved corn dogs and pretzels are the only food. $1 & $2 beers, $3 well mixed drink and $4 Monster mixed drinks. If you aren't under 30 you should just walk on by, but under that it's a great deal and you'll feel like your at your hometown dive bar.

Locals in summer and for New Years but mistly college crowd during the school year. One pool table usually a wait. Nice dance floir but usually crowded wet or sticky. Very hot and crowded when school is in but perfect when they leave! Drinks are watered down or too strong, bartenders need better training. Djs play the same songs every week , but its nice to kniw the playlist!

The sip and sail is the shittest bar I’ve ever been to. They “claim” that the customers give them less money then they actually do. That’s probably how they make money at the end of the night. I hope Shane eats his word and enjoys his 15$ tip after claiming Ryan gave him a 5$ bill when he actually gave him a twenty. And that’s not the only time they stole money from us tonight. They over charged us for drinks after we knew the prices. Have a good night Shane, the manager... you deserve everything that you are gonna get!
