Stood for 10mins at counter with no interaction from staff.. I asked if they were open, and got a "yes", but they walked away again. Finally ordered a number 11 5 minutes later and had to wait another 20 mins for my food. Once I got it, the food was absolutely greasy and terrible and made me sick later.

KFC is one of my favorites but Last 2 times I've eat there it has been horrible,I don't know what is going on there but 1 more time and they will lose my business,burnt and dried out chicken and sides were cold, biscuits were hard
Prices have gone up and service and quality has gone down

What I ordered was the most nastiest food I've ever got from there. The corn was tough and not fresh. The bowl was just Potatoes maybe a tablespoon of gravy and only 4 yes 4 pieces of Chicken on top. The drink was not what I ordered I HATE DIET DRINKS the young man working the Drive Through is the most Rudest person I've came across in a long time Trust me I'm calling Corporate Headquarters😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

They never have extra crispy this is the second time the gave me cut open condiments! Shorted me a tender I guess they can't count to 16!!! Both bowls of mashed potatoes where half of what I get from any other KFC. Teach them how to count past 15 and use a box cutter or at least throw compromised honey mustard!!
