Denny's

Have had mixed feelings about this Dennys! They are constantly out of things even at breakfast time. Today had Southern Fried Steak with Sausage Gravy. The steak was delicious but gravy was just white sauce. No sausage flavor at all! Their breakfast eggs benedict had sauce that was not hollandaise at all! plus for 2 weeks the toilets in the rest room have not been working in both restrooms! We are pleased with most of their menu and the chefs are awesome They really work hard to put out the food. Seems lately that the waitresses are always new. Had to have my daughter go to the counter twice to ask for my drink to be efreshed before they delivered it.

placed order through ONLINE ordering for the restaurant. got there to pick our order up only to be told they are out of potroast and have been for a WEEK!! they offered to replace meal, which I did not want anything else. told them to cancel order, to be told manager on duty could not, had to be manager who was off. finally got "refunded" but will take 3-5 days. They did not call me prior to pick up time or email (they had both contact information) and nothing on their site stating they did not have the pot roast available. DO NOT EAT HERE, we rarely go here and now won't be back. hoping that this order has been cancelled...
