Subway

When entering the restaurant, there was one person eating and no one in line (except for me). I noticed all of the tables were noticeably dirty, so I requested a napkin and said I needed it to clean the table (thinking that since it was not busy at that time, maybe the worker would clean the table). She did not. She also forgot the mayo packet I requested for my sandwich, when going back up I didn't want to stand in the now 4 person deep line since I had already waited my turn and paid. Instead of seeing why I was back up there waiting, she asked me to move away from the doorbell.

This Subway is one of the best that I've been to. Every time I come in they're always very professional, quick, and nice. The staff who were working today were named Matt and Tara. They both kicked so much butt! They were communicative, and made sure to get my order right, even though they were very busy. The two worked together very well to make some delicious sandwiches very efficiently.

The staff were very rude at this location. We walked in the door at 9:37pm fully aware that they close at 10pm. I expected them to be out of some items, which they were, but that was not an issue. They were in the process of a big order when we walked in so there was a wait. During that transaction, the woman working the register made multiple comments about having so much to do.. instead of helping the woman pay for her meals or helping to bag the items. She then told us that we were not allowed to dine in because at this time, there was only 10 minutes until close. That was fine. She then cut a pizza, without gloves or washing her hands. Gross. Then while our order was being done, the two people working made multiple comments about it being closing time and how bad of a night it was. As someone who works in the food industry in a retail setting, I get the frustrations. But until that gate is closed and the last customer has left, you keep your thoughts to yourself and make your guests feel welcomed. You don't usher them out and make them feel bad for being there, especially when the guests were patient and understanding. But most importantly... please be safe when handling food. Touching money at the register and then touching food... not okay.

Went there to eat with my grandson and the dinning area was just nasty . Food on the floor , tables were not cleaned and wiped off only had one foot long and a six in left for bread . How can anyone run a place like that . My sandwich was a lil burned from being toasted . I’ll never eat at that subway again if it looks like it did this time and other times I’ve been in there . The service sucked and they were not friendly at all.
