Taco Bell

I understand we have a worker shortage, but the hours for this place are never updated online. You never know when they are open for breakfast hours. It's extremely frustrating driving 15-20 minutes to pick up a good breakfast to find out they are closed. The even more unusual part is the vehicles in the parking lot. Even seen an employee going out to their vehicle. This seems to be happening more and more often at this location.

Went there tonight and I ordered a nachos bell grande. It really made me mad because I was craving nachos. The moment I opened up my nachos there was a really weird smell like the food was really old and then I tried some and it was super gross. It looked like they just threw ground beef on it with refried beans. No sour cream, tomatoes or black olives like they normally put on it. I had to throw it away. I tried calling the restaurant and the phone just rang no one answered. Super upset! Not going here anymore.

Super fast , fresh , best taco bell in Wisconsin. I drive 20 minutes from Southside la crosse , to this location in onalaska, because the staff is always friendly here for the past 3 years , and it's easy to place and order and is always accurate. They have never failed me. Wish they were still open until 3am.

I know another reviewer complained about not getting enough ANT CHICKEN, but I've always been given enough. This is probably THE BEST Taco Bell I have visited. Every time I stop by (some might say is too often) I receive excellent service. The employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. My order is always prompt, delicious and correct. Kudos to the staff and management.

Door sign says lobby closed, which is fine. I tryed calling my order in outside the store using their number here on google - no one answered. Second time I called, buys signal. Third time - Fax machine noise. So I went to the drive through. I don't drive so I walked. I let three cars order before me, third gentleman let them know I was there. Still nothing, no communication over the speaker, nothing. So I went to the window and knocked. Girl at the window told me the drive through doesn't pick up walk ups which is fine and all but maybe put a sign out saying that and maybe answer the phones/update the number online if it's not correct. I've tried the app before for ordering and gave up because it was never sent to the store after confirmation it was transmitted.
