Starbucks

After waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes, I was told that their card machine was not working and that I could pay via the app (I had no cash). I began downloading the the app and was told that I would need to go to the back of the line. So, after wasting 20 minutes of my time, I was told by Starbucks that they couldn’t give me 30 seconds to download their app, but they were fine with me sitting in line for another 20 minutes. Ultimately, I went to Caribou, where their service and product quality are consistent.

The drive thru was crazy long and went incredibly slow for a late Saturday afternoon. It was almost a 25 minute ordeal. I had a caramel Frappuccino and it was okay. Tasted good but texture was a bit off. Employee taking orders and payment was extremely personable and friendly, amazing at her job.

This location is almost always busy. I have never had a bad drink from here. I enjoy the white chocolate mocha hot when I come here. The drive thru gets really and can be difficult to navigate the parking lot. I would suggest ordering ahead and picking up in store. Otherwise, if you use the drive thru, make sure you have time to wait, because you are in this line, the structure of the parking lot does not allow you to leave the line and get around other cars.

Very nice service from the barista, thank you. Not the fastest. Their coffee may be good, but I prefer the vanilla bean cream with caramel frappacino and it is best with a sprinkle of burnt sugar if they have the seasonal topping. This is a smaller location but does have a drive through... it seems to travel through in a steady manner.

I Drove 35 miles racing to get there by 2 pm. Christmas Eve hours said until 2pm. I pulled up to the ordering board at 1:57pm only to have a Starbucks employee tell me the car in front on me was the last car they would serve. Am I the only person who thinks that is absolutely rude. If I had an employee that did that to one of my customers it would be their last day. It’s as if Starbucks trains their employees to live in upside down world. Do what makes you happy not the customer. 🤦‍♂️😡

Besides not being greeted, lack of help at the cashier counter until after they were done with drive-thru orders and poor customer service. Not impressed, all, with this Starbucks, for reasons that include they do not carry staple toppings that I have come to expect from dozens of Starbucks visits, like fresh, not dried blueberries for their oatmeal; it is not hearty, without the fresh stuff, in my humble viewpoint. Also, do not automatically throw out a customer's reciept after reloading their Gold card (yes, some people do not use the wondrous SB app, yet). It seems drive-thru orders and mobile orders take precedence at this locale and I am happy I will not be back...They are the only SB operation in their town, so I am sure they do not really care, all the benefits of Starbucks, without what I come to expect at one.....Uppity attitude here also....That's all folks....Take care now, buh-bye
