I can hardly think of a KFC that was not good. After a big day of hiking, we rolled into town and wanted to eat big and good. The KFC hit the spot. We got our food in less than two minutes! Ah. So satisfying.

I went through the drive through, got someone else's order. Had to drive all the way back. I should know to check any drive through before driving off, lesson learned, again. I got a free cookie in my bag but no napkins or sauce. Oh well...

Chicken was not done, and no meat on the wing or leg and automatically charged for a large drink but never asked if that's what I wanted,and wouldn't refund. I will not be back to eat here again.

Our favorite fast food in Omak. We've had good experiences and the food is always hot and as ordered. The staff is kind and courteous.

I'm very new to the area & was only my 2nd time there & as worse as the 1st . Because it's a fast food establishment, I take into account the typical employee, time of visit & dine in or take out. 1st experience 🤯... Taught me to look up hrs of operation. It closed while 5 cars waited in drive thru, the last car would Not back out, so after 7 min the rest of us were able to pull thru...
2nd visit, 2 out 4 things ordered wasn't what I ordered, KFC chicken flavors/types wrong, tacos may have contained "1" Tbl & none of the sauces paid for or free, were missing.
I will not purchase/visit there or anywhere that states this "Returns must Now be same day with receipt" That sign makes me believe there are MANY wrong orders going out to their customers. How many of u, tired, hungry, ect would go back same day? I couldn't on 2nd visit, they were probly closing, LOL!!!

Cold expensive food. When I called to share my experance who ever answerd the phone acted like I was yelling so she could hang up on me and be done with it.

Last 2 times we have gone thru and requested unsweetened iced tea we are given RASPBERRY SWEETENED tea instead.
