We are in downtown Omaha on a chilly Saturday morning, spur of the moment decide to go into kitchen table!!! We were the first ones in of the morning, all employees welcomed us, we asked for something awesome and THEY DELIVERED!!!! We got the Chili crisp egg biscuit and Paula frittata, we can't pick a favorite because they were both so amazing! (Salad and popcorn 😍 for breakfast, wonderful!!). Homemade ketchup and hot sauce, are you kidding me, phenomenal! See you all soon!!! Like for lunch❤️

This place is a gem for brunch! The breakfast sandwiches are some of the best I've had and very good quality ingredients. Farm to table at its finest. The seasoned popcorn is unique to this place too it hits the spot everytime!

So good! Loved the vegan reuben with their house-made chickpea tofu. I chatted with the chef after I finished eating and he even showed me how they make the tofu. Great spot, delicious food, nice staff!

The breakfast was fantastic! My French toast was not greasy and tasted wonderful. The Canadian bacon was smoky to my liking. Everything was just great. The restaurant doesn’t have too many seats available so it was a long like around 9am on Sunday. I am glad we got there before 9 and I would go back again!

During my weeklong stay in downtown Omaha, this was probably my favorite place I ate! The sandwich and soup were so good! I got the grilled sweet potato sandwich and tomato soup. The ingredients are FRESH and everything is made to order, they even bake their own bread. I highly recommend this local eatery.

I hadn’t been here in years, I’m glad I came back! The food is delicious, I love the multiple chili options. Tons of fancy little sandwiches and popcorn to snack on! They also have their own ginger ale and kombucha. What’s not to love.

Great lunch spot! The food is delicious and local and seasonally made. Amazing service and cool atmosphere! The only bad thing is I wish they were still open for dinner. They also support a lot of great businesses and organizations.

Wonderful all-day breakfast sandwiches and the chef was so kind to add veggies for me! Homemade sodas as well, the ginger ale one was lovely. Lots of nice fresh options and the bread was delicious. Nice indoor and outdoor seating options. Tons of plants as decorations. I would highly recommend!

The atmosphere of this place is amazing. Subtle decor enhanced this experience tenfold. The dishes that my partner and I had were also good. We both had the house vanilla soda, which was absolutely amazing. I got a breakfast sandwich, served perfectly warm and delicious, although it did come with a side of popcorn, which stood out to me. Personally, I didn't think it fit in very well and was fairly average tasting, so it affected my opinion slightly. My partner had the eggs and toast, which was delicious. The toast was slightly burned, but still delicious, especially with their jam served complimentary. Finally, we both had their 'cake for breakfast' coffee cake, which was the highlight of the experience. It was warm and very delicious, tasting better than what you could imagine.
Overall it was fairly inexpensive, fairly good tasting food.

The Whole Bird sandwich was amazing, but, even more amazing, the savory popcorn!!! I inhaled them in the first five minutes of my meal. Also love the cool little selection of gourmet treats on their shelves. 🍿

Food was really nice and tasty. I got the meatloaf sandwich and pulled pork soup. It took almost an hour to get our food which was a disappointment, especially since it's mainly soup and grilled sandwiches and was not very busy. Definitely would have given 5* if we got our order quicker. They did have a lot of vegetarian options if that's your thing!

Rare gem in not just downtown but all of Omaha! The food, people, and values are all exceptional. Not only is there contactless ordering and pickup available, but also, dine-in and WiFi. The menu is creative and flexible; I ordered the tomato soup, eloté, and earl gray iced tea. The tomato soup wasn’t a tomato bisque as I expected, but even lighter and refreshing. Not sure if by design, but the noodles were an easy-to-eat shape and length. Their homemade bread is good, though it’s grilled so beware of crunchy crust if that’s not your thing! The elote was also well charred with two sauces; the red a bit too spicy for me and the white one was a creamy kick I enjoyed. The tea was so good! All locally sourced and some home grown, you can taste the simplicity of the ingredients cooked decadently. Service, again, was lovely! Very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this comfortable cafe and would eagerly return.
