This was my first time in Omagh KFC, tge staff are friendly and helpful and the speed of service was very good.
I was very happy with the box meal and the salad that came with it.

Like the new ‘ordering stations’ and the ordering process is quick and simple. Meals delivered to table are always hot.

Just another KFC. Staff were nice but a better overwhelmed at the time we were there. Seemed to be short of staff but whoever was there were doing their job very well.

Used to be a bit hit and miss but the consistency has improved. The fries have also improved. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant and drive through is let down by being very dated and in need of an upgrade. Hard to beat when you need a chicken fix though.

Without doubt one of the best KFC's in the North of Ireland. Great service. Not a drop of creasy food anywhere. Malteasers Krushem was nasty but chicken and chips were excellent. 10/10

They definitely put customer service first. For someone who loves hot wings, I have been to a couple of KFCs that would tell us they've none left when near closing time, but KFC Omagh would push through boundaries to provide excellent customer service by cooking a new batch for us. 5 stars definitely!
