Touch screen in drive through doesn't work. Glue sniffer employee takes 15 min to serve order of car infront of us. Get upfront and am informed they can't (won't) take orders from window. Idiot. Just ring it up like I was at the register. Guess this is why you work at subway?

The store on duterrow had some young girl telling us rudely that we had to go next door to buy a mask or we wouldn’t be served. I’ll never eat at subway again. Jimmy John’s from now on

Subway gets spicy! Nothing like the spicy Italian with jalapeños, pepperoncinis, and their creamy Sriracha! A great mild lunch for those long work days.

Practically theft. Barely put anything on the sandwich and charged over $10 for bread and meat. I would have gotten more from Starbucks and that says something.

Subway has lost a lot in terms of both quality and service since the start of the pandemic, not to mention they stopped carrying roast beef because "their suppliers raised their prices too high". No other franchises other than subways have stopped carrying roast beef, so not buying that excuse

we kept having to repeat ourselves to the girl making our sandwiches. her hair was not held back I'm honestly surprised there wasn't hair in our food. my hubby asked for honey mustard and she put on regular mustard. we didn't have time to wait for another sandwich to be made so he just had her add the honey mustard so we could get back on the road. poor training on the managers part.
