Subway

I am BLOWN AWAY. I do NOT write reviews but after my experience here At the Columbia/OF location I knew I had to share. An amazing young fellow named Ryan was behind the counter and not only was he polite as could be he was extraordinarily efficient at his job. He put on a new pair of gloves to make my order and even took the gloves off before he touched the computer screen to ring me out!! If you’ve been following the current global events you know this means he would need a new pair of gloves for the next order and so on and so forth... I don’t know about you, but that is something I ALWAYS PAY attention to and Mr. Ryan is the only person who has ever done that since the pandemic started that I can recall. 10 out of 10 would come back to this subway again. Perfetto Ryan, bravo! 👏🏻

Subway located off Colombia Rd Olmsted Twp. They need to staff it better, that poor kid that was working was swamped, yet friendly. I placed my order on the Internet, but it didn't matter it wasn't ready. I couldn't be mad at him, it wasn't his fault. Then what I ordered they were out of, so now I have to make another selection although the Internet allowed me to place the order, It would be safe to say that Subway and the Internet don't go hand in hand. There were two people in front of me, separately, and there were five people behind me. The Internet orders kept chiming in. I felt so bad for that young man and I hope everyone was decent to him. Shame on the Owners for always under staffing that Subway!
