Understaffed like the rest of the country, but employees work efficiently to the best of their abilities. The place always has a huge line, and can sometimes take you up to 20 mins in the drive thru and there’s no way to go around once you’re stuck.

Best coffee around. Went to Olean NY shop. Breakfast sandwich was great, had the beef wrap. Fast drive thru line tho looks long. Kudos!

My wife and kids like the ice-capp and tidbits. There coffee is good. If I can't get a chance to make my own coffee in the morning. I will usually will go here out of convenience

Stopped by for a sandwich and coffee. There are 2 Tim Hortons in Olean. We were at the one near the mall as it always seems cleaner and more organized.

Whether it's going to the drive-thru or going in to get our coffees everyone at this Tim Hortons along with Tim Hortons on West State Street are all courteous and efficient. Always nice to have a friendly face greeting you and taking your order.
