We were there Thursday and went through drive-thru. My food was wrong…..gave it back through drive thru window, meanwhile 3 cars piled up behind us waiting on their food. Got burger back….. went across to a packing lot, opened up burger, STILL WRONG 😡 So I messaged them on Facebook…..no reply! That really irritates me!

Management needs to make a surprise inspection more often.

I was so pleased with the customer service provided when I realized my sandwich cold. The employees never blinked when I asked to warm it up. I didnt realize that request was against company policy. Once product leaves if something wrong new one has to be made. Wound up to be best sandwich ever thanks to smiling and accommodating staff

Got food to go so didn't check. Sandwich soaked with mayo, after I ordered plain. We were in a hurry so.i decided to acrapw it off with napkins. We were almost back to the interstate before I found a very long hair on the sandwich. Gross. My husband offered to turn around but I lost my appetite. Hair nets people!
