Dunkin'

I have been going here for year's. This morning at 4am. I got my usual, cream cheese bagel with vegetable cream cheese. This is what I got.... The kid has maybe 1 person inside the store, takes the money with the gloves he was handling the food with.... Dunkin already is known for bitter coffee. You would hope that the service would be better....

Nice location. Big store but the service and attention to the public is a disaster. While 2 employees are taking the orders for drive thru and inside the store, 4 other employees were fooling around and conversating for 10 minutes straight. In the end, my order for 5 people was horrible. I understand and feel bad for the one guy who was doing it all by himself while the others are doing absolutely nothing.

I have absolutely no idea where all the negative reviews come from. I come here often to study, and the place is always well kept. I understand there may be some crumbs on the floor from time to time, but with the amount of customers that come in it's impossible to keep everything clean all the time. It's the perfect place to study at night. When I order they are always smiling and helpful. Love this place!

Very nice Dunkin with a nice lounge and a small Baskin Robbins inside. The place is normally pretty clean and the lines normally move pretty quickly. It also has a nice conference room. The parking lot is small and the drive through line cuts through it many times but the line moves fast. Recommend this location if the lines are not too long.

Went to this location on a Saturday night at 10 pm. This was the only Dunkin Donuts open at this time in Old Bridge. The location was the dirtiest DD I have ever been to. Floors were sticky, empty coffee cups on the floor. Tables stained with coffee and sticky with donut jelly. I was so taken back by this I truly am considering calling the health department on this place.

Only went into the store to see flies on the donuts and to get one of the worst services I have received in a long time. The young lady that works there needs a big attitude adjustment. As soon as I approached the counter she sighed and barely muttered "yes?" After I saw the flies I wasn't going to buy those donuts, but my daughter wanted to try a cold coffee for the first time, so I asked for one. It was very obvious that this worker hated being there and really just wanted me to leave so she could go back to her cellphone, so I did. Believe me, I won't ever go back there.

This used to be a Great place to get coffee and do h/w or have a nice drink with friend but the past few weeks the staff is completely unprofessional it sounds like no one knows what they are doing, they always get the order wrong, if not they work like they are all new and no one knows what they are doing, or they are just goofing around texting and laughing. so sad to see what was ones the best donkey now be the worse.
