Panera Bread

I order a Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad with Chicken , that Supuse to come with corn tortilla strips not with fritos, it destroys the quality of the salad . If you are running out of something explain the customer or make the change in the menu that it comes with Fritos . I love Panera , but this time it was not a good experience .

Been coming here for couple of years and throughout the pandemic for my coffee n breakfast needs. Place is always stocked, fresh coffee and great aromas from the food. Barbara at the register in the mornings is a pleasure to talk and always has a smile. Their treats, I only eat the pecan braid, is a perfect addition to the coffee. Their pizzas, sandwiches and soups are all flavorful. Good place to grab a quick bite.

Your typical neighborhood Panera. Food quality and selection on par with others. Service is great and they keep the place clean. Plenty of parking and quietly tucked away from Route 9 in the Shoppes of Old Bridge. Only drawback is that there is simply not enough indoor seating space. It's in a cramped storefront and can get absolutely slammed during peak hours. Just glad that there's one nearby without having to venture out to Manalapan or the north end of Old Bridge where traffic is even crazier.

I have visited twice this month at the Old Bridge NJ location n twice disappointed. When placing the order at the terminal it wouldn't take a cc. I tried two different cards. Then I decided to go to the counter to order n decided to mention it to the staff member. She looked and didn't care. I said i mentioned it because you may to say something to your mgr. At that moment a woman standing next to me says that her machine wasn't working either n then later says that the items were less than ordering at counter. As i pickup my bag i realized there was no cup for my drink and had to ask and they pointed towards the register. Then there was a worker at the pickup, searching for days inside the sealed bags with no gloves. There were no napkins available n when i opened my sandwich in the car i was amazed on how little chicken was in my chicken chipotle melt. Shocked with 3 tiny shredded pieces. I opened my Caesar salad n was even more shocked. All this for almost $13.00. Management needs to step it up. I understand the economy has changed but the portions are ridiculous for the price you are charging.
