The employees don’t answer their phones whatsoever. They avoid it until bothered enough to point where they will actually answer. They ignore you until they feel like answering. Horrible costumer service. Update: The woman answered with a horrible attitude, shouting “7/11” in a sarcastic tone when I called up there. She deserves to be fired! I called the store and she answered one time but when I went to ask one more question she hung up. And it took 5 more tries to actually get ahold of her again. Your staff could use an upgrade.

Customer service was extremely lacking at this store associate Jake.I went in to have my lottery tickets scanned and he said "all of these " I had 5 total. Rude and unpleasant to interact with acted like I was bothering him. Train your associates how to take care of your business at all times and be professional.

No issues with the products or gas. Some of the staff is great, some of them are terrible. Today there was a line of 5 people and there were 2 cashiers butnone of them was standing in the door way picking at his lips. I'm not sure that he washed his hands after touching his mouth either. It's a very old store so it's usually pretty dingy looking no matter how much they clean. It's okay. But there are better 7 eleven stores in town.
