Service was great! They were backed up, under staffed, and had someone in training when we were in the drive thru. They were still quick, polite, and provided great food and drinks. Special shout to my mans Robert! He performed exceptionally well and we even offered if he wanted to come see Spider-Man across the spider verse with us. He was too dedicated to his occupation and graciously declined but showed his appreciation of the invite.

Definitely room for improvement but I did want to come here and say that James is a bright spot here! My kids love him and he is always cheery when we come through. In a world that customer service seems to no longer matter…I’m thankful there are still people like James to make up for it!

Typically this location is soooo understaffed or staffed by people who have no idea what they are doing that you need to pack a lunch to wait in the drive thru line because you'll be there 20+ minutes. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! Again...you might have what you ordered....maybe not! HOWEVER, on this particular trip I was thru the line in about 2 minutes AND my order was correct and actually not bad. I'm amazed taco bell is still able to keep the doors open with as much horrible service I, and countless others, have experienced at various taco bell locations across the country. Step your game up taco bell.

This Taco Bell has an employee who goes WAY over the top to be positive, helpful and quick EVERYTIME HE TAKES MY ORDER IN DRIVE THROUGH! I have never been compelled to review a fast food establishment, but the consistency of this worker left me no option. Good job Mr. Drive-through Guru. Your enthusiasm for life brings me back to this location for my occasional taco fix.
I was going to describe what you look like so you get the credit you deserve but anyone who gets you while ordering drive through will know who you are. Keep up the great work.
