Taco Bell

Let me start by saying that my last review about Taco Bell was not such a good review. However, I gave this Taco Bell another shot. It happens the manager Jeanette was working this evening. I simply made some small requests. Which she granted. My tacos were amazing. I asked for extra napkins and you can see by the picture I'm sending I got extra napkins. I asked for plenty of mild sauce. As you can see by the picture, they gave me plenty of Mild Sauce. I also asked for sour cream and it was also in the box. Heather who was the drive-thru attendant was wonderfully sweet, attentive, and very professional. Excellent job she did. The manager (Jeanette) and (Heather) both were wonderful. I was very pleased. Made me very happy and a return customer again. I would like to add I had a service dog with me. Upon seeing my service dog Jeanette & Heather proceeded to compliment my dog telling me how beautiful and wonderful my service dog was. Then Jeanette (the store manager) went above & beyond and got some chicken and fed my dog the chicken As a treat. Wonderful job girls. I'm real pleased, real happy, and the food looked & tasted great. The tacos were stuffed well, and delicious. Thank you for a great experience. Keep up the good work. This is how I like to see a Taco Bell or any other fast food restaurant performing.

Took a long time of me standing there and they seen me numerous times they finally told me I had to order via kiosk....no prob....It was the worst Taco Bell ever the hard taco shells were stale and if you look at the picture..you will see for $1.59 it was a rip.... hardly any ingredients.... Will not go back.... I do not recommend this particular Taco bell..... 🔔

Just left this Taco Bell and it was so repulsive from start to finish. I am a nice person and I try to give others the benefit of the doubt but this is by far the most disgusting food I’ve eaten in Okeechobee. Not only that but the girl who took my order should be fired. She acted as if she wanted to shoot everyone who ordered in the drive thru. Just completely miserable. Then she gives me my food and hands me a taco that was hard as a rock. The meat was so over cooked and disgusting that I threw up everywhere. It was literally a brick of meat in a taco shell.. who takes that and puts it in a bag to give to a customer to eat? I’ve never ever had food so disgusting or seen anything like it in my life. To say the least it was a terrible experience and I will never be going back. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

this was the worst taco bell i’ve ever had, not only did they make my order wrong TWICE but the food was overall very gross and unsatisfying. i got dirty looks and broken taco shells when i went inside to get my order made correctly, they didn’t put almost half of my order in the bag and they were very greedy with the substitutions i PAID EXTRA for. very disappointed in this taco bell experience. if i could put less than one star i would and im not one to complain i mean that.

Best ever with New Manager... and let me tell you about my experience I left my credit card in the Drive-Thru by accident and the young man ran out of the store almost got hit by a car I was turning on Park Street which is a Main Avenue he was trying to give me my card back he went above and beyond to help me so anybody that is on here saying that they steal credit card information that is untrue and that is defamation and Taco Bell should actually sue you for defamation I had a wonderful experience that young man almost got hit by a car trying to give me my credit card back my food was amazing it was full and it was delicious and it was hot
