Service was ok but we ordered a lobster pizza. It was an additional $13 for the lobster which was provided very sparingly. It took over an hour to get our pizza & when the bill came out there was no discount for taking so long. We asked the server & she said she had asked & "they" said no discount - sorry.

We were one of three couples outside and they acted like the were too busy for us. We mentioned that we were amazed the we made it During happy hour and ordered a domestic draft as there menu stated was 1/2 price, we were told after they gave us our beer that it was only certain beers, they kept that a secret. This was our second time there, as unspecial as the first. We will not be going back nor would we ever send anyone there.

We were at Ronnie E’s tonight. We were told we couldn’t go inside due to them being short staffed. We sat at one of the tables outside. The bartender came over to clear off a nearby table. I asked him if we could order w/ him he said no we had to go to the bar. I went to the bar and it took forever and both bartenders were rude. The lady greeted me with “are you all set” in a rude manner and “it’s been a long day” the male acted like he hated everyone and was demeaning to the bus boy. Other customers were complaining about how bothered and rude the bartenders were acting. The owner came out a few times but did nothing to help his staff. He also acted demeaning toward the bus boy who was the only polite one there and a very hard working gentleman. I mentioned all of the above to the owner on the way out who was not receptive at all and actually screamed at me and said “really both bartenders were rude?” “I’m not demeaning” “we are short staffed” At no point did he say I’m sorry your experience wasn’t good. The owner was hot headed and explosive. I hope his bus boy leaves - he deserves better. I told him he was a hard worker and thanked him. The one star is for the bus boy who is the only star at Ronnie E’s. Disgusting and unprofessional behavior from the owner.

My parents, boyfriend and I were going to go for a drink at their outside bar yesterday and the hours on Google say they are open until 11 pm on Saturday. It was only 10:30 and it was pitch black with workers leaving. Today we went at 10:01 pm with the hours on Google stating they close at 10:30 pm. They appeared to be open as many people were sitting at the bar. We were told rudely that they were closed. My mom asked what time they close and the response was "Well, uh, what time is it?" I told them that they better check their hours because on Google it says they're open until 10:30 pm on Sundays. I wish I told them about the experience we had the night before. Maybe they'll read this post but probably not. At least I hope it will provide guidance to others.

The food was sub par at best, and when I paid my bill my waitress ran me down the street accusing me of not paying my bill, when she ran my card. Not understanding that once a card is ran it is a sale. She seems to have lost my slip and in doing so thought that without a signature I didnt pay. I was charged, and throughly embarrassed by being walked back to the restaurant to explain that if my card was ran I had paid. Not my fault that they lost my slip. I PAID MY BILL. I have never been so insulted. I hope this place closes and everyone involved never works again. No one can be this stupid. UPDATE. not only did they charge the card they charged it twice! When I realized this I called them and they hung up on me without saying a word. I then had to go back to this dump because they wouldnt awnser there phone after hanging up on me. I spent 20 minutes talking to these people. They even admitted that something was wrong but couldn't figure it out. They seem to think they charged the card twice but for half and half equaling the amount. My bank statement says otherwise unfortunately because they charged my twice my bank shut down all my account, so I couldn't even show them. After 20 minutes of them doing nothing but saying they didnt understand what happened I finally just nicly asked for my money back. I mean I either got charged two times and that would make it right, or I deserve my money back anyways for this awful situation and disrespectful behavior by the waitress in the first place. BUT NO as soon as I asked everyone that was working including a man that was never even part of this interaction became soooooo angry and loud. I just had to leave and now let my bank fix this. I dont under how a business can have such bad customer service. I'm dumbfounded.

Food was ok, nothing special. Customer service was terrible. Everyone we encountered needs to learn some basic customer service skills. Slow service, poor customer service, food was average. I dont see this spot lasting more than a couple summers with the current culture.

Great food with good prices. Understaffed but they acknowledged that when we arrived. A little delay getting our food but overall a good experience.

Casual, outdoor dining on a perfect day. I had a delicious pizza! My mother had delicious scallops! We'll definitely be back!
