Kfc

Went to the Oglesby, Illinois KFC to get a large mash-potato and gravy. Everything is fine besides the fact I only had a 20 on me and they first gave me 9 cents back for a meal that was $4.91. I asked where the rest of my change was and the cashier said I had given him a 5 dollar bill, which is impossible because as I said I only had a 20. They recounted the drawer and said they were only 4 dollars over so I had to have used a 5 to pay. Given how far off their drawer was I'm overall very suspicious of the workers at this establishment.

I normally go to this KFC instead of LaSalle KFC. Oglesby's restaurant is usually on it! Tonight was my 1st sad experience with them as I ordered a 16pc meal and only got an 8pc meal. This isn't a bash at the facility, only a suggestion that you make sure you get what you ordered. I consider it my fault as i just took what i was handed (big heavy sack) and left with a smile. Again, they are normally on it as opposed to the joke that is the LaSalle KFC restaurant. I once waited 10mins at the LaSalle drive through window for 2 drinks. We timed it and there was no straws handed to us.

This was the taco bell side!!! Food was garbage, had to go back cuz my taco was soggy and my chalupa wasn't there, then I get home and come to find out my beefy 5 layer burritos that I asked for no bean (because I can't have beans, it will put me in the hospital) Xtra meat, had beans on all 3 of them

Not an enjoyable experience in the slightest. youd think amidst a pandemic people would be a little more compassionate toward one another. The manager was super rude even when they were being spoken to kindly. Fries took nearly 10 minutes when I was assured it would only take 4. My friends drink was the wrong size. I asked for ranch and honey and got bbq and honey mustard. Also, how am I supposed to eat my food without plastic ware? I understand that things are rough right now but youd think since there's less people coming in everything would be a little more organized. I wasnt impressed at all, I wont be coming back.
