I normally go to this five guys and have wonderful food and service. But today my fries were burnt and no bacon on the bacon cheeseburger, nor mustard. I called to ask someone if something could be done and was put on hold and then immediately hung up on. Called back and talked with someone who then passed me to the trainee and then they hung up on me. Very disappointed and upset.

Sorry the burger was so good this what was left when I got ready to do the review. I have to say I have not had 5 Guys in quite some time. But this bacon cheeseburger was out of this world good you could taste the freshness !!!! The restaurant was nice
And clean. They social distance the tables is you wanted to eat there. They are very polite and nice. Will defenatley eat here again !

Food was okay. HOWEVER, there were 5 people behind the counter, all of whom were goofing about loudly. Even though the place was empty, it took awhile for us to get our meal. And then we had to ask for our shakes which could have easily been made while we were waiting. The dining room was dirty and tables hadn't been wiped down. The staff seemed to be having fun, but I didn't.

Had the bacon burger with regular fries and a drink. The hamburger wasn't cooked all the way and the fries were way over salted. Not worth the price.
Usually Five guys is pretty good, but I didn't have a great eating experience at this location.

Great Burger and hotdog buns. Their potatoes are crunchy and, in my opinion, not overly salty, and the meat is quite tasty.

The burgers and fries are really good. Probably exactly what you're looking for and will more than satisfy those good ol American taste buds of yours. My biggest gripe is the price. I got a little cheeseburger (single patty) and small fries with no drink for like $15. That's wild for a fast food joint! You can go to a sit down place and get a burger and truffle fries for that kind of price.

I hadn’t ordered Five Guys before and they were SO nice and helpful! Food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. I am definitely going back!

As a customer, the bathroom was closed. Got my order wrong but it's still good. I like my friesa little crispier, so I wouldn't go to five guys if you like crispy fries
