Little Caesars

Mya is absolutely AMAZING!! I called her on Wednesday for an event I had for 100 people on Saturday. She was extremely professional, attentive, and super kind! I even gave her a big hug when I went to pick up the pizza. That's just how appreciative I was for her!! To top things off, she provided me drinks with the 25 pizzas I purchased. I pray many blessings over Mya and the amazing staff who went over and beyond for my crew and I. So THANKFUL!!

If you pre order a pizza it’s cooked very well with a convenient oven portal ( Not to sure about the hot and ready ones I normally get stuffed crust ) I’ve only had a few occasions where my pizza was swapped with another order yet everything that happened they corrected the issue. This is a really good location with a kind staff.

Let me tell you why Lil Ceasars are not like that other pizza with Red and Green boxes. First, they make a quality product at a very affordable price. I know first hand as every Friday is pizza night in my house. More importantly let me share why Lil Ceasars stands above all others in there category. Sliver Star Location 12/05/2019 or an extra most pepperoni. Got home received a pepperoni, mushroom, onions and sausage pizza and too boot it was cold. Called the location spoke to a manager stated my issue and left my name. Was advised to return when possible for pizza. Sliver Star Location 12/06/2019 returned the next day spoke with another manager and stated what happened and what I needed. While he could not find my name as stated to the previous manager (-1 Star). About 6 minutes later he handed over a piping hot Extra Most Pepperoni Pizza (see photo). So, we had pizza night two days straight! I think local management learned a valuable lesson in communication. I remain steadfast that we are not perfect but are always provide an opportunity to make it right and Lil Ceasars does that better than any of the other pizza joints. That other company with the red and green boxes have a lot to learn. You can hire all the celebrities you want too. I will not make up for a pizza that is delicious with the right price points and a laser focus on customer service. IJS - My family am I know pizza and we believe in Lil Ceasars on Friday night!

We have been eating here for years and will continue to do so. The reason for only 4 stars is it has to be one of the worst managed operations I have ever seen. We have had everything from rude to just absolutely clueless as to what is going on. I really would like to see them get a good manager in there or perhaps a new owner because everthing does start at the top. Most of the time the staff is friendly and the food is what you expect for the price and most of the time everything comes out ok. We have just had some bad experiences that have left a bad taste to us.
