San Jose's Original Mexican Restaurant

Amazing Place! Love the food, and the people are nice. The service was a bit slow, our server was also the Bartender on a slow night. Still the food came out fast and hot! It was delicious and on point! Their Limenade is delicious. And their salsa and chip is super good! Their salsa verde is made from scratch and just the right amount of spicy. Overall great spot for Mexican food.

I met a friend for lunch here and we sat in the bar area (at one of the booths). Our waiter was very attentive without being overbearing and the manager stopped by to check on us as well. We felt welcomed, but also had space to enjoy our time together without being interrupted frequently. I made a meal out of shared guac, chips and nachos so I can't attest to all of the food, but what I had was good! Also, for the margarita, they had an option which did NOT have sour mix. I much prefer a non-sour mix margarita and their ultimate margarita was perfect.

The restaurant is very warming and welcoming, housemade hot chips and salsa were amazing. The house margarita was delicious. Food portions were very generous and tasty. The prices very reasonable with 1 appetizer, 2 entries and 2 alcoholic drinks was about $55 with tax and before tip. Highly recommend this family own business for your next night out and/or takeout 👍

1st time here. Had the entrance door held by one employee, had another employee greet and seat us right away, and our waiter, Yovanny, (almost immediately) asked what we'd like to drink. When we ordered he was VERY on point with knowledge. Staff is super friendly. Plates are very good size. Food was fresh and amazing. Bathrooms are clean and fresh. Awesome experience.. can't wait to return. Thanx. 🙃
