Update: 8/21/21 Staff is friendly. Food fresh. Just the wait in the drive thru is rough. There's 9 in line. The entrance of the North side of the lot will sneak in the front. While the people are in line from the back. If you have the time and patience. Hit this place up! If your in a hurry. Then pick a different food location that's near like McDonald's , jack n the box across the street. We have been stuck in this like for 25 minutes (total actual 30+minutes) for 3 tacos and a bean burrito.... Once your in that drive thru. Your committed. So far I've had 3 kids and bought a home online.... while waiting in line. Previous Review: Updated location. Easy to see from the main road. Food was fresh. Only negative which why it didn't receive a 5 star is because when we had order a Box Meal and then a few separate. We started eating and they put the supreme in my box when she had ordered the supreme. Wrong things in wrong places. It's the little things. Either than that. Not too bad!

This Taco Bell visit was a productive experience since I was able to check emails, catch up on the news and clean the trash out of my car. I was picking up a prepaid order for a friend and when I got to Taco Bell it was late so drive-thru was the only option. There must have been 12 cars in line at the drive-thru. After about 5 minutes, and the line not budging, a man, who identified himself as the manager, emerged from the taco bell. He explained to all of us that they were short-handed and there are only three people working and so we would need to be patient. Anyhow, I waited it out and I think it probably took almost 40 minutes before I was able to get to the window and pick up my order. The young woman at the window who helped me was very polite and she obviously can hold it together very well under pressure. BTW, they are hiring :-)

This taco bell had 5 young guys literally standing around at the window not taking orders or making food for over 20 minutes. For every item I ordered they would say they were out of it. Finally asked what they have and they said a bean burrito. I sat at the window after I paid for the full 20 minutes watching them all play around laughing while cars were honking in the drive thru. No supervision or respect. I could hear them saying "what" to every customer asking them to repeat orders over and over. Just a horrible experience. Today is 6/16/22.

I’m about to call corporate! Bad customer service. Not friendly. The food was cold. When I got it. She didn’t gave me a receipt. I went in just for the Mexican pizza. They didn’t have. I waited 30 mins in the drive thru. DO NOT come here. Always bad experience. Not happy with service. Not recommended. I’m call corporate. I would put a 0 star

Don’t go here. Go to another Taco Bell. This location is horrible. Lobby is always closed. Drive through line wraps around the corner and never moves. Morning shift is great but at night especially on weekends (and some week nights) super slow! I don’t know if they are short staffed but when I pulled up to the window I heard laughing from the workers inside and a girl who was clearly not on her shift was walking around behind the counter and the guy touched a box under the front counter with gloves on and I imagine he went back to preparing food without changing them. No real sense of urgency. We were in the drive thru line for 30-35 min and all the orders were not very large. One small bag each.

Set in line at the drive-through for 10 minutes and nothing moved.. Decided to go inside, the door was locked although people were in the lobby. We've gotten got back on the draft deadline. 5 more minutes, nothing moved. Just decided to drive 3 miles away to the next one down the road. Whatever's going on there, isn't working.
